The location was excellent, with very clean rooms that have been recently remodeled. Breakfast options were delicious, and I appreciated the attentive staff who checked in on me during my stay.

Noise from neighboring rooms disrupted my sleep quality. Additionally, parking was a challenge during peak hours, which added frustration to my experience.

also, the room’s bathroom door banged so loudly it was if it desired to announce my every visit. i almost thought of giving a good review, but i just couldn’t.

the bathroom had a walk-in shower that felt luxurious. the air conditioning was too strong.

During my two-night stay, the elevator was not operational, which was incredibly frustrating given the hotel only has three floors. Additionally, the door to the bathroom banged loudly when closed, making it difficult to enjoy the peace and quiet I expected. Lastly, I noticed a pool light floating dangerously with a loose cord, posing a significant risk while children were swimming.

The location is great, with restaurants within walking distance and easy access to the highway. The indoor pool was clean and inviting, and the complimentary breakfast was just right to start my day.

The room was super clean and the walk-in shower felt amazing! I really enjoyed hanging by the indoor pool and the cozy leisure room was nice for some downtime. The only downside was that the elevator was out of order, but honestly, not a big deal with only three floors. 😊

We had a nice stay at this hotel while exploring the nearby Cherokee Trail of Tears Memorial Park. it's just a quick drive away. The staff was also super accommodating, especially with our two dogs, which made our family visit feel so easy and welcoming.
